A modern acquisition engine across the whole network
From January 2025 to April 2026, I led marketing for Bradford Health — a behavioral and mental-health provider spanning dozens of facilities and brands. I owned strategy and execution across search, paid media, content, and the web: managing 23 websites and 12 Google Ads accounts, directing content for 38 facilities, and project-managing new builds from a donation site to a location-finder widget. Below is what was implemented, managed, and the results it produced.
Implemented & Built
- SEO content improvements across the portfolio
- New brand content for facilities
- Optimized campaigns across 12 Google Ads accounts
- Location-finder widget (top-10 lead source)
- New donation website (project-managed build)
- Six website redesigns
Managed & Oversaw
- 23 behavioral & mental-health websites
- Content strategy for 38 facilities
- 12 Google Ads accounts
- 6 website redesigns (+12–156% call conversions)
- Brand content & SEO roadmap
Outcomes that moved the business
From dated templates to converting, on-brand sites
One of six redesigns: the Red Oak Recovery site was rebuilt with a clearer program structure, a stronger brand hero, and a conversion-focused layout — part of the program that drove 12–156% improvements in call conversions.
The data behind the growth
SEO content improvements and new brand content lifted organic visibility across the network — with the redesigned sites showing the sharpest gains after launch.
A location finder that became a top-10 lead source
Turning 38 facilities into one clear next step
Bradford's 38 facilities were hard for prospective patients to navigate. I ideated and project-managed an interactive map-based locator — filterable by treatment type and program — that lets visitors find the right center near them in seconds.
The result: a self-serve tool that quickly climbed to become a top-10 source of leads across the entire network.
